Masala powder for making vegetable fries...for crispy veggie fries

It will be handy if we prepare masala at correct propotion ready in our kitchen during morning chores. It is a basic masala yet the veggie fry will be crispy and tasty.
Let's see the ingredients 
coriender seeds 1 cup(100g)
Channa dal 1/2 cup(50g)
Urud dal 1/4 cup (25 g)
Peanut 1/2 cup (50g)
Asafoetida 1 small piece
Cumin seed 1 tsp
Pepper 2 tsp
Fenu Greek 2 tsp
Salt 1 pinch
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Red chilli 10 to 15
(I have added few kashmiri chilli for colour)
Let's see its preparation 
Heat a heavy bottomed pan
Add Asafoetida 

Once it balloons add Corriender seed and saute till it pops and set aside.
Add urud dal,channa dal and saute till golden brown and set aside
Add peanut and saute till golden brown and set aside.
Add pepper,cumin seed and fenugreek and saute till cumin seeds pops and fenu Greek turn brown and set aside.
Add chili and salt saute till chillies are golden brown. 
(Salt is added to reduce the smell of chilli while saute)
When all ingredients are cool ,first add fried Corriender seed,urud dal,channa dal,peanut with turmeric powder  Asafoetida and grind to coarse powder.
Add pepper,fenugreek and cumin seed and grind gently.
Then add chilli and grind. 
Store it in a moisture free container. 
When we frying  vegetables like potato, brinjal, ladies finger, colacassia, yam at the final step we can add 2 to 3 table spoon of this grinded powder  to get crispy vegetable fry.
