BADAM KESAR PEDA...Easy to make.make.Irressitable taste.

Badam kesar peda is a easier to make sweet with few ingredients. Apt for any occasion and festival.Its very tasty and irresistible. Lets see how it is prepared. Ingredients  Milkpowder 1 cup Condense milk 200ml Hot milk 1 laddle Saffron few Badam few.  Unsalted butter 50 grams Pre preparation  In the hot milk add Saffron and set aside. Grate badam into pieces and set aside preparation time 20 mins  Setting time 30 mins Approximately 25 to 30 pieces. Preparation. Heat a flat bottomed heavy pan and add butter to melt. Once melted add milk powder and saute for few seconds. Add condense milk and continue to stir.(till end maintain low flame) Add milk with Saffron and continue to stir. stir continously till it forms a thick batter and leaves the pan easily. RAW BANANA FRY...Try this way ...you will love it

 In many ways, raw banana fry can be done. I did slight variation in cutting the vegetable, I did shallow fry after half cooking it and coating with masala. It tasted yummy and easy to make.  Let see how it is prepared. INGREDIENTS  Raw banana 1 Ground nut 2table spoon. Corriender seeds 2 table spoon Channa dhal 2 table spoon  Urud dhal 1 table spoon Dry chilli 3 (1 kashmiri chilli) Lemon small amla size Salt to taste. Oil for frying Curry leaves 2 arc For tempering Mustard 1 tsp Urud dal 1 tsp  Cumin seed 1 tsp Asafoetida 1 pinch Few Curry leaves Preparation  time 20 mins Serves 4 Prepreparation . Soak tamarind in warm water and extract thick juice. Peel the raw banana skin and cut into thin slices. KARUVEPPILAI THOGAYAL /CURRY LEAVES THOGAYAL- Light menu for tummy

Thogayal is a light menu for tummy usually prepared on the next day of heavy menu or during weekends. Its main ingredients are dal, pepper and any leaves or ginger which is good for stomach and nutrition rich. Curry leaves are rich in calcium and fibre and contains many vitamins which help in hair growth, weight loss and controls diabetes.  Let's see how it is prepared.  INGREDIENTS  Curry leaves 1 bunch Urud dal (split) 5 table spoon Pepper 1 table spoon Tamarind small amla size Red chilli 2 (according to your spice level) Green chilli 1 Ginger 1 small piece Coconut few pieces Jaggery 1 pinch  Asafoetida 1 pinch Cooking oil 1 tsp Salt to taste Preparation time 10 mins Serves 4 Pre preparation. Remove the Curry  leaves from its twig ,wash and allow to dry. Peel the skin of ginger and wash and cut it into few pieces. Preparation  Heat a kadai and add 1 tsp of cooking oil. Add urud dal and saute until golden brown. set aside
