Badam kesar peda is a easier to make sweet with few ingredients. Apt for any occasion and festival.Its very tasty and irresistible. Lets see how it is prepared. Ingredients Milkpowder 1 cup Condense milk 200ml Hot milk 1 laddle Saffron few Badam few. Unsalted butter 50 grams Pre preparation In the hot milk add Saffron and set aside. Grate badam into pieces and set aside preparation time 20 mins Setting time 30 mins Approximately 25 to 30 pieces. Preparation. Heat a flat bottomed heavy pan and add butter to melt. Once melted add milk powder and saute for few seconds. Add condense milk and continue to stir.(till end maintain low flame) Add milk with Saffron and continue to stir. stir continously till it forms a thick batter and leaves the pan easily.
