TANGY CRISPY WHEAT DOSA...Easy to prepare...Ultimate
Every body knows it is very easy to prepare wheat dosa. In this recipe, I am going to share a tangy version, which will be mouth watering and a twist from regular one. Let's see its preparation. Ingredients Wheat flour 1 cup Rava 1/2 cup Rice flour 1/2 cup Mustard seed 1 tsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Asafoetida 1 pinch Curry leaves Corriender leaves Curd 1/2 cup Salt to taste For grinding Tomato 4 to 5 Chilli 5 Ginger 1 small piece Preparation time 20 mins Preparation Add tomatoes, chilli and ginger to a mixie. Grind to a smooth paste. Add rava,wheat flour ,rice flour in a bowl. Add the grinded ingredients to it.Add curd and required salt to it. Head a pan with 1tsp oil.
